40 gr sugar, 15 gr butter |
Method; |
On a low heat allow the sugar and butter to boil till brown then remove from heat. |

for artichoke compot; |

4 pieces artichoke, 80 gr caramelized sugar, 200 gr sugar, 300 mlt water |
Method; |
Artichoke Compote On a low heat cook all ingredients in a pan for 30 minutes. |

for almond cream; |
Ingredients; |
20 gr soft butter, 20 gr icing sugar, 20 gr flour, 20 gr semolina, 20 gr powder almond |
Method; |
Whisk the ingredients 3 minutes slowly and then 2 minutes fast in the mixer. |

for tarte dough; |
Ingredients; |
80 gr soft butter, 40 gr sugar, 4 egg, 120 gr flour, 2 gr vanilia stick, 4 gr grated orange peel. |
Method; |
All the ingredients in a mixer for 2 minutes. Into a round tin first pour the caramel sauce, then add the artichoke compote and then pour the almond cream. Finally cover with the tart pastry and place in the oven pre-heated to 180 degrees and cook for 20 minutes. Brush caramel gel over it. You may choose to serve it with ice-cream. |
