Pan fried scallop on bulghur and kiwi cake with lemon butter sauce

Pan fried scallop on rolled bulghur cake with kiwi served with lemon butter sauce
for bulghur cake;
a kiwi, 10 gr white cheese, 5 gr fresh basil, 5 gr walnut, 30 gr fine bulghur, a potato, 5 gr sweet powder red pepper, an orange, salt
     Put fine bulghur in a pan. Add hot water inside until top of bulghur. Keep pan close for 20 minutes. Other side peel potato and boil it. After boiled grated potato and orange in to the bulghur. Work on it for ten minutes until bulghur will be pasty.
Other side prepare inside of bughur. Cut kiwi as cubes, grated white cheese, chopped walnut and parsley.
Spread the fine bulghur and put kiwi mixture into the bulghur. After make a roll and cut it 5-7 cm. First panfired and after put in oven 180 degree for 10 minutes.
Lemon butter sauce;
10 gr butter, a lemon, 20 gr cream, salt
Put cream in a pan. When it start to boil on law heat, add butter and mix slowly with wire whip. Add lemon juice and grated lemon skin in to the sauce.

3 pieces scallop, 5 gr fresh coriander, 1 piece lemon grass, 2 gr fresh ginger, 10 mlt olive oil, 5 mlt lemon juice,
one piece garlic
       Finelly chop garlic, fresh basil, fresh coriander and lemon grass. Marinete scallop with herbs, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper. And than pan fired it and serve on bulghur cake with lemon butter sauce.
